Northwest Waterproofing is hiring energetic waterproofers with two years or more experience in construction. The best candidates will have worked with and/or around sheet-waterproofing, fluid-applied-waterproofing, roofing, deck coating, elastomeric coatings, siding or similar exterior work. You must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills.

You will be installing high performance waterproofing materials on, mostly, new construction commercial projects in and around greater Portland. We are looking for dependable workers who show up to work on time, work in a safe manner, can follow written and verbal instructions, and does excellent, high quality work.

We offer an excellent compensation package: weekly paychecks, 401k, PTO and Health Insurance. Performance reviews are conducted on a regular basis.
